Tofurky Sweet Italian Sausage Sauté

1 carrot sliced
1 stalk of celery diced
1 small red bell pepper sliced thin
½ cup of onion diced
3 Tofurky Sweet Italian Sausages sliced
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Sauté carrots, celery, bell pepper, onion and Tofurky Sweet Italian Sausage. Mix together all the ingredients, toss with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and serve with pasta or on a bed of lettuce and garnish with tomato and/or avocado. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
